🧱📂EL ALCALDE, SIRO PACHÓN, Y EL CONCEJAL DE OBRAS, JUAN DIEGO COBACHO, FIRMAN EL CONTRATO PARA LA 1ª FASE DE OBRAS DE MEJORA DEL SANEAMIENTO Y PLUVIALES DE LA AVENIDA DE MÁLAGA

📝El Ayuntamiento encargó un proyecto a un estudio de ingeniería para que determinara las soluciones que habría que adoptar para evitar las inundaciones en la entrada del pueblo cuando llueve mucho en pocos minutos.

🗂El resultado de este estudio concluyó que la principal causa es la insuficiente capacidad de recogida de aguas pluviales de las tuberías existentes en la actualidad (de ahí que se desborden), teniendo en cuenta que estas recogen ahora una cantidad mucho mayor que hace unos años, tras la completa urbanización y ocupación de Los Almendros y del Polígono Industrial.

La primera fase de la actuación ha sido adjudicada a la empresa Construcciones Borja Espejo por un importe de 170.610€ y con un plazo de ejecución de 72 días.

🏗1️⃣La primera fase de las obras, que comenzará en los próximamente, va a consistir en la instalación de una nueva tubería de pluviales de mayor capacidad que la actual (800 mm) desde la rotonda hasta la finalización de la Avenida de Málaga, doblando así la capacidad de recogida de aguas. Además, se van a realizar nuevos imbornales en el entorno de la rotonda que serán conectados a la nueva tubería.

📝 The City Council ordered an ingenering project that determined the possible solutions to avoid floods at the entrance of the town when it rains a lot in a short period of time.

🗂 The result of this project is that the pipes do not have enough capacity, as they now collect a much higher amount of water than a few years ago due to the full occupation of the industrial area and Los Almendros.

The first stage of the works has been awarded to the building company Construcciones Borja Espejo for the amount of 170.610€ and it is due to be finished in 72 days.
